Ms. Fry is a registered Landscape Architect with over 15 years of experience in project design and management. Her professional experience includes site design and development, master planning, preparation of construction documents and construction administration.
Ramona has project management experience that includes plazas, parks, urban streetscapes, private development and campus planning and design and has served as Project Manager for recent projects for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the University of Kentucky, Western Kentucky University, Berea College, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), and the Kentucky Horse Park.
Ramona has the ability to manage projects from schematic design through the development of construction documents, bidding, construction and project completion. Ramona is a talented designer who is adept at translating creative thoughts into plans and seeing those plans through to the built landscape.
Mr. White has over 26 years experience in Landscape Architecture and the construction industry. His past experience has included rezoning and encroachment permitting, master planning and construction documents, and erosion and sediment control calculations. His extensive construction experience has involved all aspects of site development and he currently heads up Construction Document and Construction Administration Services for the firm.
Mr. White has provided site design, master planning and construction design services on a variety of projects in Kentucky, South Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Alabama. He offers expertise in site design detailing, storm water management and hydrology, construction administration and construction document review.
Ms. Piper is a registered landscape architect and junior partner. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture in addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Ecology from the University of Louisville. Her work experience in natural resources and environmental sciences and a lifetime of involvement in the equine industry affords Liz a perspective uniquely suited for design work in Kentucky.
Liz works on many of the firm’s planning projects and in the early stages of design development, working with the client to develop ideas that are both visionary and achievable. She often stays with a project through completion, insuring that the client's goals and the original vision are maintained. She brings her diverse background in social sciences and ecological management to each project and now uses those skills as our Louisville Office Manager.
Ms. Motsch is a landscape designer and junior partner. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture. Her many years of experience in planning, landscape architectural design and development of construction documents includes commercial, residential, military and industrial projects. She has a careful eye for detail and excels at client relationships, providing outstanding service from the planning stages through construction administration.
Ms. Motsch is an experienced project manager who can provide the entire scope of services from schematic design through construction administration. She has also assisted with LEED documentation/ certification for numerous projects in Kentucky and Virginia.
Tyler Mills, PE - Civil Engineer
Tyler is a registered Civil Engineer with experience in hydrology, hydraulics, grading, roadway design, sanitary sewer and water distribution design. His experience specializes in roadway and drainage design for KYTC projects, along with working with LFUCG, commercial developers and other local governments throughout Kentucky.
Evan P. McDaniel - Landscape Designer
Evan is a landscape designer who brings a diverse set of skills and experiences in design, planning and visual aesthetics. His professional interests include sustainable design practices, community planning, urban design, and historic/cultural preservation. He is experienced in greenway master planning and trail design; most recently, the Legacy Trail Extension Study in Georgetown, KY.
Mr. McDaniel is proficient in surveying, construction inspection, and GIS mapping and analysis. He has been involved in many aspects of the landscape architecture profession, including conceptual design, site design, public outreach, stormwater modeling, and transportation planning.
